How to synchronise the S7-300 CPU clock time with the PC/PG time on which simatic is running?

Need to synchronize the PLC clock time with the PC time on which Simatic manager is installed and running. Already matched the time using " set day and time", but after a few days a difference of time is observed. so my question is how to regularly synchronise the PLC time with that of the PC time?
