I have some question about Redundancy Project.

Question 1:
I'm doing my first I/O redundant project with S7-414-4H.
At the first I writing a simple program for testing.
I write in OB1 :

AI0.0
=Q0.0
)
and I use Redundancy Function in my program same as instruction manual, but it's not works correctly.

What is my problem???

Question 2:
Can I simulate redundant project in PLCSim ? I have Step7 5.4 SR3 .

Question 3:
May I have a sample project for redundancy? Anybody help me? I know about sample project for redundancy in Simatic Manager , but Iwant another one.

For example , I have a SIMATIC H Station in Simatic Manager with :
1.UR2-H(6ES7 400-2JA00-0AA0)
2.PS 407 10A *2 (6ES7 407-0KR00-0AA0)
3.CPU 414-4H *2(6ES7 414-4HJ04-0AB0) Firmware Ver 4.0
4.ET-200M (IM 153-2)(6ES7 153-2AA02-0XB0)
5.DI32*2(6ES7 321-1BL00-0AA0) --> Slot 4 and 5 ET-200M

In HW Config : (Enable Redundancy option for SM)
IM153-2 (ET-200M) --> Slot4 (DI) --> Object Properties --> Redundancy Tab --> Redundancy General Setting --> Redundancy (2 modules) Slot4 & 5
IM153-2 (ET-200M) --> Slot6 (DO) --> Object Properties --> Redundancy Tab --> Redundancy General Setting --> Redundancy (2 modules) Slot6 & 7

According to the SIEMENS' manual :
((FB 450 performs a discrepancy analysis of the redundant input I/O and save a valid value at the lower address in the process image of the inputs (PII) , etc.))

So, if i write a simple program in OB1 and making use of Redundancy Function, For example, in this program:

=Q0.0
)
when I Active I0.0 or I4.0 , Q0.0 and Q4.0 must be "1" , OK?
But some times is OK and some times only Q0.0 will be "1".
What is my problem???

During case 2 check both PQB's (in VAT or monitor variables in HW Config) and let me know what you see.

Are you using PLCSIM? Which version? I am not sure redundancy can be checked properly with PLCSIM.

What is the difference between S7-PLCSIM and a "real" automation system?

To confirm this, I tested a "working" S7-400H program in PLCSIM and I/O redundancy does not work properly.

... I has set image partion as OB1 P1 for all the input and output modules. And in the CPU Properties,all the OB's has been configured for OB1 P1. Only priority of OB35 has been changed to 16.(as it is giving error if keep less than 15) ...
