Hello experts, Can you please tell me if I can somehow manage user in WinCC professional using VBS in runtime.

I want to do these tasks:

1.Does System have facility to create new user?

2.Does system has facility to change password on first time login attempt?

3.Does system has facility to delete user?

4.Does system has facility to block user?

5.Does system has facility to unblock user?

6.Does system has facility to edit user?

7.Does system has facility for minimum password length for user?

8.Does system has facility for account lockout threshold?

9.Does system has facility for Password Complexity?

10.Does system has facility for Password Expiry?

11.Does system has facility for Password History?

12.Does system has restricted to create duplicate user ID?

13.Does system has all user management rights with manager level only?

14.Does system has restricted to create guest account in PC?

15.Does system restricted unauthorized user login?

16.Does system only login with correct username and password combination?

17.Does any operating procedure is available to take written authentication prior to create a new user id?

And for all these I need an audit as well.

I know this is too much. But if there is any way out to develop this WinCC professional OR is there any tool/platform available to comply this 21CFR requirements in any version of SCADA !
