 why not if you have interfaces available to each of block. I recommend check each block help and protocol specified for each block then you can understand why yes or why not. Simple answer - TCP is expected via ETH/PN port and MB_MASTER block is to MB RTU protocol via serial interface so it's hope clear now. I don't understand why you ask question what isn't important because of many specific requirements and also depended to actual HW cfg. Important question is what you want to do to think about to have that 2 blocks on one PLC.
