Dear Experts, Good day to you, We are having a controller S7 410 SMART commissioned recently and was running with no errors. Just few days back, one another engineer visited the site and added some new logic (Not much, Just some arithmetical logic, Involves Global DB usage) and performed changes only download to AS and OS. Since then, once in two days the controller is going to stop mode automatically and restarting itself to run state after some delay. And the active Master Rack get switch over. I catch up the Diagnostic file during that error. Noticed that the Active Master rack was triggered to memory reset function automatically due to inconsistency in data synchronization with redundant controller. But, We are unable to identify the cause. So, Hereby i have attached the diagnostic file with the information. Please help me if you can figure out some information from it. Please refer to Event 1136 to 1153, (Please ignore some other entries in events as they are happened due to Licensing problem) CPU Used : S7 410 5H SMART Redundant Controller SW Platform: PCS7 8.2 Up6 Also, I have seen the status word from B-I-L-Stack. and knowing purpose of it. But, How to read the status word mentioned in the diagnostic buffer as listed below, What is the purpose of it? 1. It is mentioned in Event 1153 DatID 1/ 2: 16# 52 C2 Additional info1 / 2 / 3: 16# 4D4F 4442 5553 2. Most of the entry between event 1136 to 1152 has the below format, (Coding: 16# 452B F89E C450 130E 7503 0000) AttachmentDiagnose CPU 410 SMART.txt (417 Downloads) |
