Migrating from 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 to 6ES7134-6HB00-0CA1

Luh_Days Member Joined: 12/3/2019 Last visit: 8/22/2025 Posts: 36 Rating: (2)	Hi everyone, I am currently performing a PLC migration from an S7-300 to an S7-1500 and am encountering an issue with wiring sensors to my new ET200SP. In my setup, I have a 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 module, and all 8 inputs are 4-wire current transducers. I’ve attached pictures of the electrical drawings for reference. My question is: how should I wire these sensors to an ET200SP card (6ES7134-6HB00-0CA1)? I’m considering wiring them as 3-wire sensors, as mentioned in the manual (https://cache.industry.siemens.com/dl/files/945/89116945/att_863708/v1/et200sp_ai_2xu_i_2_4_wire_hf_manual_en-US_en-US.pdf), but I’m not completely confident in this approach.
