Hi friends 

I have a machine, that contains a mm440 2.2kw, s7-1200 and several sensors. A sensor is 3RG6013-3AD00 (ultrasonic sensor with pnp output). If mm440 is stop my sensor work good, but if drive is run (with every speed) , sensor output is on/off continuously (like encoder!)

LED on sensor is off, but LED on plc is on/off!!!

Can I do? 

The motor cable, this must be screened and terminated at each end. Is a motor isolator fitted?

My drive is 6se6440-2AD22-2BA1. This model has internal filter.

Cables length is about 50 meters. 

Is it not related to the carrier frequency? Which is parameter for carrier frequency?

The motor cable 50 Meters long, this must be in screened cable SWA, Steel Wire Armour, will do. The motor termination must be 'clamped' at the motor terminal housing, at the inverter end this must be 'clamped' to the inverter chassis. If a motor isolator in the cable is fitted the screen must be continuous, I would advise this can be done with a copper braid, or clamp the screens together at entry and exit of the isolator.

The explain; the motor driven by the PWM, Pulse Width Modulation, these pulses create a high frequency signal, in the order of MHz, as a by product. This signal will flow capacitively from the motor windings to the motor body, and will find a route back to the interference generator which is the inverter drive. The motor cable screen is the only element able to divert there leakage currents back to the inverter drive. For this reason the clamping of the screen is important, any break in the screen, as with the isolator, will stop this flow. If thus circuit cannot conduct these high frequency currents, then they will flow through your sensor circuits.

Also, terminating screening by using 'pigtails' will not work, screens must be clamped.

The 'carrier frequency', is P1080, this should be 4 kHz. A Micromaster can be turned down to 2 kHz. Reducing this can be an indicator for this interference, but not the answer.

Aahhh, yes apologies for that, time for me to wake up...

The 'carrier frequency' or switching frequency has a great effect upon the leakage currents for the load side of the inverter, this is a good diagnostic aid.

A motor connected locally, may give some indication or proof that this is causing the problem?
