I tried Cain and Abel for example (sniffer based on winpcap driver) and it cannot find Simatic PLC's automatically. However, if I manually enter IP adress of known PLC, I got a MAC and OUI from sniffer. Tool I look is very similar to "view accessible nodes" and should be able to discover all IP-reacheble PLC's (Simatic PLC's) Is it real? Can you suggest something? Thanks in advance.

Kampi Posts: 366 Rating: (30)	Hi, there is in Simatic Manager when you have your project opened the menu "PLC". I'm sorry i cannot switch my language to english now but when you open this menu it is the 20th point from above, must be something like "Edit Ethernet Devices". In this menu you can search for every connectetd Profinet device on your Siemens PLC.. Also you can give names and IP-adresses to them. nice regards
