If some body could help me, I would be very appresiated.

We have automation system that originally include 3 S7-300 plc, 1 MP270 panel, that was connected by MPI to all controllers. Other 2 plcs communicated with master controller  through tcp function blocks: S_RCV, S_SND.

Now situation a little different: master controller not exist and will be replaced by new one later. 2 plcs are working separately.

I created visualization for Wincc Runtime SP5, made in WinCC flexible SP5. Operating system: Windows 7.

Downloaded program to the PC but communication not establish.

On this PC is also present Simatic Manager that communicate with PLCs, so PG/PC interface configured well.Comunnication is made by TCP/IP.

More over, when I start WinCC runtime, I receive some bugs in communication of Simatic manager.

Does it possible that 2 programs could not work simultaneously on one machine?

Could be problem that I didn't make updates to the hardware config of the plc even Netpro was not reconfigured? (It tried to download changes to one of plc but lost communication with it for hole day. Comunication establish for itself in the mornig).

I choose IE General in hardware configuration and made all configurations as written in document.

I made upload to the Runtime. Also I made download in NetPro to one plc (other is in work).

But I still not have communication. I don't understand, what I'm doing wrong.

I tried in simatic manager , hardware config of the HMI to download program directly, like to plc, but it doesn't find pc station, only S7-300 plc.

Also in "IE general" of the hardware config of HMI, there is "Diagnostic" in properties. In that diagnostics, communication could not be established.

I tried to use download from NetPro of Simatic Manager and WinCC Flexible for winCC. I don't know what "Station configuration Editor" mean. Does it "Hardware config" of simatic manager - it's updated?

CPU is 315-2 DP.

What do you mean under "change the number of S7-connections"? Currently program is a little overloaded with connections. S7-PLCs are trying to connect to master controller with S_RCV and S_SND function blocks. (that is not exist)  If you mean that WinCC connections, I think, it's not issue, because it's absolutely not have connection.

PLC is 6ES7315-2AG10-0AB0 / V2.0

On picture is settings from online hardware, when Runtime is active.

IE general, I choused V8.2. I don't know exectly if it matters.

Also on this PC is 2 network cards with same name. PG/PC interface use right one but may be, when I add "IE General", I can add it in any row. Does should be connected somehow to hardware slot number?

I tried to make changes in communication it did't help.

Also i took separate PLC and created for it simple program with communication.It didn't help.

Then I look for any updates for WinCC flexible Runtime, I downloaded update 2 but it still not helped after redownloading WinCC program. 

I suspect that there is some bug in the system.

When I click on Rail of WinCC flexible, I see Device info (attached picture). There is version SP2. But I have WinCC SP5. It's very strange. Possibly, this is the reason of fault.

Firewall is disabled complitly.

By the way, Simatic Manager is V5.6 still
