Thr last screenshot you show does not contradict the information provided; GET/PUT and their variations are client/server blocks, and connections are only defined in the client, plus blocs are only programmed in the client.

What was shown in my earlier post is that the S7-1500R/H can only act as a server on S7 communication. It is not surprising that instructions fot PUT and GET are not available for these CPUs: as a server, you cannot program PUT and GET on that platform. Everything is done on the client side.

In your case blocks and connections for PUT and GET must be created in the S7-410-5H and only there. The partner PLC will be defined in Netpro along with the S7 communication connection for the S7-400H

If you prefer using communication blocks based on the T-functions, please go right ahead, there is nothing wrong with that. But take the time to study these functions in the manuals before you use them, so that you have an idea of what you are attempting to do.

As you mention, "The partner PLC will be defined in Netpro along with the S7 communication connection for the S7-400H" my question is do we need to configure 4 IDs in the net pro since i did configure 4 IDs but seems only 2 of the IDs works.

My configuration contain 4 setup communication, S7-400H Primary to S7-1500R Primary (ID 1), S7-400H Primary to S7-1500R Backup (ID 2), S7-400H Backup to S7-1500R Primary (ID 3) and S7-400H Backup to S7-1500R Backup (ID 4). Only ID 1 and 3 are able to set up in NetPro. ID 2 and 4 . Here attached error i got when check connection for ID 2 and 4
