You have one semi-colon  {  ; }  too many.

Example:

REPEAT
 result := value;
 UNTIL error   // here is no semi-colon
END_REPEAT;

As you can see there is no end of line character after  { error } .

For styling the code might look like...

REPEAT
 result := value;
UNTIL error END_REPEAT;
