S210 - Topology: Drive object number does not exist in configuration (1)

Alarm 1320 "Topology: Drive object number does not exist in configuration (1)" is still occurring. I use TIAv17 to configure drives. Everything in device configuration is matching with physically devices. When I was trying to read encoder parameters by "Parameter view", I had only "0" values. I checked the encoder with another drive, and encoder is fully functional. I plugged another functionally an encoder, and problem occurs. Week ago I updated firmware to the newest one, but when I tried to do this today I couldn't do this (maybe, when firmware is matching drive doesn't read firmware from CF Card). In "Device configuration" view every tickbox is green... I have reviewed S210 manual, and I couldn't find Alarm 1320, but when I reviewed S120 manual that Alarm was there present and descripted. When I want to download software into the drive I can do this only, when drive is cleared, after factory reset. After first download I can't download into the drive anything. Error which occurs is "Download is not possible due to configuration differences", but I haven't any differences between porject and reality... Is it possible, that encoder port in drive is broken? At the end I will mention, that two days ago everything was alright.

You can try to reset the drive with the "updater.ini" file. This reset is kind of "more accurate" than the normal reset via TIA: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109755657 You can also try to upload the device as a new station and try a download after that again. Please see following information: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109810638 Best regards TechSupport for SINAMICS S210 Thank you for response, Yes the firmware is V5.2 SP3 HF11 Unfortunately I didn't have time to read this before I managed to fix it, so I didn't try to use your advice, but I'm sure it would have helped too. I went about it was that I reset the Parameters by TIA using "Online & diagnostics/ Backup/Restore / Restore facotry settings", and then I uploaded device to my project by "Upload from device" (I didn't create new station), and additionally I have done reset of PROFINET interface including delete I&M data. After that everything was alright.
