If I try to open the page I get an error 404 on Windows Explorer 8.0. For Firefox I get AWP: Application Not Available : initializing application "WWW" is called in OB1 with CTRL_DB 333. Firmware is 2.0.3 Any hints? Thx, Thorsten

Update firmware to at least 2.1 2. Be sure you rebuild your user web pages every time you change them, then compile the project and download again. It is not like a regular web server that automatically knows when you update your web pages. 3. Did you already create user web pages and put them in a folder and point your webserver configuration to them? I am guessing you did. The easiest to try is #2. Erik Sparre Posts: 10 Rating: (3)	I ran into the same problem with firmware 2.2.0 on a S7-1214C I tried removing it by reverting back to versions of the project that had worked fine before, but it didn't help. I found that simply switching the power off to the PLC solved the problem. The PLC must have been stuck in some internal state that was then cleared after a full reboot.

I have since learned something about the S7-1200 (and perhaps all Siemens) web servers. If you login or create a session, you need to also logout and disconnect from the session. Otherwise it seems your session never times out and eventually all available sessions become allocated in the PLC and no new sessions are allowed. I may not be using the exactly correct terminology, but if you need to change a value, you need to login, then logout afterword. Simply closing the browser will eventually require a PLC power cycle to clear that problem.

Siemens Web Portal still working and user pages - not, error "AWP: Application Not Available : initializing application" Only power cycling solved the problem

Resart of the PLC did not help, should I update the firmware? My only concern is updating the firmware via remote maintanance

What do you mean by "customers website"? Do you mean custom PLC web page(s) are no longer updated?
