Senddp and Rcvdp safetycommunication between I/O controler and two I-devices

I know the you can only call one RCVDP (at the beginning of the Main safety program) and SENDDP (at the end of the Main safety program) instruction. It is working with just one i-device.

Are the 2 CPUs in the same project or different projects? Can you post something about the error preventing you to have more instances of SENDDP e RCVDP? You get the same error on both CPUs? I/O controller is 1517TF-3 PN/DP I-Devices are 1215FC DC/DC/DC The error is in the screen shot attached. Tia Portal v17 BoletusEdulis What error do you get? When I have 2 or more instances of RCVDP, I use 1st segment for 1 call, 2nd for another call and so on....SENDDP last segment, before last segment for another SENDDP instance Are you calling RCVDP on the first or last segment?? Can you show your TiA Picture with code of that part? As per attached picture ------------------------------- So you only get this error on the 1517F CPU, correct? As the 1200 series only have once call and they work fine. In the CPU1517 HW config you imported 2 GSD files, one per each I device? luk9a I have 3 CPU to communicate safe data.
