Hi Erenk,

If understand you correctly and this machine has not been used since 2003 (nearly 15 years) it will almost definitely require the NCU to be cleared out and reloaded with a set of backup archives or the start up NC and PLC archives (generated by the machine tool builder after commissioning). You should also replace the on board battery housed on the CCU hard (which is the large control card you have photographed). The CMOS battery can be replaced on the rear of the MMC as well.

By clearing the NCU do you mean restarting it by switch S3? 

I don't have any backup archives, and I am not sure if the machine tool builder has. If I find a general backup for a random machine with 810D, do I have a chance?

If I can't find back up archive, would a complete reset solve this problem.

 Following my instruction to recover your machine--I am specialist for that kind of problem.

#1--replace Battery for both CCU and MMC103. you must shut off power to do them

CCU battery is inside CCU box, on the CCU card, withdraw carefully. and insert it back after replace 

#2--Clean NCK and PLC--from you picture--I see your CCU hw is good. and NCK already cleaned as low battery. Clean PLC by S4 --truning it  to 2, then "2-->3-->2" PS led quick flashing then off.--trun S4 to "0"--PR green LED should be ON

#3 after PLC is cleaned your CCU should automatically connecting to MMC103 (check all cable connector in their original position)

in case if no communicating CCU to MMC, post you picture here I will help you

#4--in MMC going to "start up" --set password, the best password for you is SUNRISE

after password, going to "services" --looking in directory "Archive" --to see your are lucky to find 

some file there, they should be made by machine builder or some service guys. good guys made better name such as NC_backup_030521..PLC_back..... and normally you can find the date of those file such as 2003-05-21.

#5--just down load NCK back up and PLC back up, normally your machine will be ready to run if no other HW defective.

in case you have no backup in the MMC 103 HDD found, you need to ask help in this forum and same time contact machine builder.

I have question. Do I follow steps #2 and #3  "power on and control started condition" or  " just power on and control not started" condition?

I will do my best, and hopefully get this job done with your guidance.

 I don't understand what your mean--"control start condition" But I guess, you may think your machine in former good condition--start up sequence--#1--Main power ON--#2--press button "Control start" then your HMI (MMC103) will be start? 

However--Basically, all my instruction should be done with CCU and drive with power on and MMC103 need to booting finish. Only shut off power to replace battery. Then you need keep power on for every other operation.

I'd like you to post picture of MMC/OP031 display --after you change battery and clean NCK and PLC, that making me informed your system basic condition. You can continue to do download if no communication issue. (MMC103<-->CCU), as I may not visit forum when I m busy

4. And I went further by following the "NC&PLC reload procedure" steps in the document. I found the NC and PLC backup files in the MMC 103 HDD (feeling very very lucky for that ). I managed to reload NC data. However, when I tried to "read up PLC archive file", the error message "No PLC memory reset possible" was given (see attachment).
