Siemens Prosave Backup from HMI Failure

netmatt Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	We have a OP270 Touch 10 and are trying to get a Backup using Prosave (version 7.4.4) from within or external to Wincc Flexible 2008. It starts and seems to be getting Image1.img and then on to Image2.img... At that point, we get a failure that it "Cannot backup the flash file system" The picture is attached. Hoping someone can help. The OP270 does not have a removable Memory Card, though I do not think it is required. Attachment prosaveerror.jpg (325 Downloads)

By looking at the attached picture, I realized that your transfer wasn't done successfully as therewasn't enoughroom on the pendant. Prosave is looking for the rest of the file on the CF card because that it where it should be and with OP270 it can't backup data from CF card so it is unsuccessful. Reduce the size of the file bykeeping only one page and removeall the images and try it again. Regards, Behnam www.sigmaprocess.ca
