SIMIT - PLCSIM Advanced coupling

When I try to make a new coupling to PLCSIM Advanced, I get this error. I watched this vedio, in 37:20 it said something about Siemens TIA Openness and I did the same on my PC (add my user to the member of Siemens TIA Openness and restart the PC). SS01. Getting Started with SIMIT Siemens Simulation Platform with Servo Drive Motion Control (EN) - YouTube The problem is that I have the same error again. If anyone has any other idea, please help me....
