Girishjakkam Posts: 33 Rating: (1)	Hi guys , we use simoreg in our company , and from the past 2 months we are getting a fault F034 and its discription in the fault code is given as that U103 is set to 1 , i am unable to get further in this problem, the operations stop until it is reset. please help me in this regard.

F034 is free configurable fault from S00 software. Look what binector is set in U103. This is the source of F034. Then look in binector list and find it in function diagram, then you will know the reason of fault.

To know the binector number that is the cause of fault, check the values, that have U103.01... U103.04. These are the binector numbers (e.g. U103.01=3115, this is binector B3115), that are the source of fault (one of them is the source). Then look for this binector inside manual.

Girishjakkam Posts: 33 Rating: (1)	sir , I am really thankful to your humble patience on my question , Sir i have traced it to the CB word in z110 from the binector, sir please tell me how did u tell that U103.01 is related to parameter B3115 and does the functional block number has to do any thing with that, That 5 in the function block is still a real mystery , i want to know wether the function block exists in the manual or in the software , can i see that functional block which generates the fault Thank you sir in advance

S00 software is several additional function blocks, which are numbered in some sequence. I.e. function block, that generate the fault F034 has number 5 (sheet B115), function block PI-controller 2 has number 261. These are only ordinal numbers of FB's of S00. For more explanation look at sheet B101. When I wrote B3115, this was just an example. To find the real binector(s) number(s) you need to see which values has parameter U103.01, U103.02, U103.03, U103.04. You can do this using PMU, OP1S or DriveMonitor. If one of U103 is not zero, then this is binector number, which you could find via function diagram.

B3115 - Receive data from 1st CB/TB, word 1, bit 15 U103.01=3115, i.e. U103.01=B3115 When bit 15 of first word received from 1st CB/TB is 1 then the fault F034 is generated.
