I am using SInema RC client to access remotes devices connected to RC server , actually everything is going fine  Remote device is online , my client is connected and VPN established successfully . but i can't see any devices in device list in Client side !? 

I purchased client license but still didn't installed it on the laptop , will that affect showing and acessing device list ?

Do you (your user) have the rights to see the devices?

If I remember correctly, the license does not affect "seeing" the device.

Hello Walid,

as said before, the missing licenze is not responsible for not seeing any devices.

So, I think, the reason can be:

1. You are not member of a group with other devices or you are not allowed to communicate with other devices
2. With SINEMA RC, there is a new feature "Dedicated Device Access". So you only see the devices, which are connected with your user account. Perhaps no devices is assigned to your user account.
   

I have checked all settings , user rights and communication relationships. everything is  normal 

The user account has the rights and member of the same group of the devices, if i logged on by this user through web browser  i can see device list successfully.  but through RC client  it's not showing any devices in the list ( check attached pictures )

My doubt about the RC Client license , maybe it's not working because i didn't install it on the laptop , anyone used Client without license and it was working normally ?

 Yes, it is working normally. Try install the RC client on another laptop...

By the way the version of both software is correct?

Issue Resolved 

The reason was that the device itself wasn't added to any participant group .

To complete this:

It's not sufficient to choose the group of the device in the listbox, you have also to click the "add"-button.... 

Learning by pain...
