I am trying to convert this step 5 into step 7. I have got almost 1000 warnings and 101 errors :S .

The basic error is "Invalid operation of F_NR"

Now how canI remve this error so that my program converts easily to Step 7

I'm not sure but I think the operation methode which do you have used in STEP 5 is not compatible in STEP 7. Use the "S5-S7 Converting Blocks" from the standard library in STEP 7. Regarding to convert from STEP 5 to STEP 7 see also the FAQs in this issue:
