Tia portal v15.1 crash when try to go online after windows update (22H2)

I was working with tia portal v15.1 and on a brake the PC ask to update the windows. After that the tia portal v15.1 crashes when i try to go online. I also tried to use te tia portal v13 and this one nether opens.

I was working with tia portal v15.1 and on a brake the PC ask to update the windows. After that the tia portal v15.1 crashes when i try to go online. I also tried to use te tia portal v13 and this one nether opens. Use the System Restore in Windows to step back the changes that Microsoft provided you. Else contact Siemens Support by using the "Support Request" link given on this web page.

And it starts after an windows update so the compatibility of the software and windows is ok, i think. I have no Permission to make the downgrade of the windows update because is controlled by the company. On report the reason is "Portal".
