didn't look at your link, but basically for first you must set on your OP proper transfer settings (protocol/speed/address of device). There must be set which port / protocol is active for transfer (in your case MPI port). This is important for first. In your WinCC project you must set same settings (device address/speed,...). Then you can initiate transfer to OP.

For  transfer settings (protocol/speed/address of device) i did it also in wincc project i did the same settings but when i start transfer i had generated.... and nothing no message to say that i have no link?!!! I don't know what have i to do?!!!

sry can pls specify exactly your WinCC version (with SPs)? When you set compilling, everything closed ok without errors? I think of that your message Generated... This is in Transfer process? Close it after some time or hangs?

I use USB/MPI adapter and for PG/PC interface i use MPI. see attachment

sry you select in PG/PC interface PLCSIM, try select your converter with MPI profile. This can be problem. You don't have real PLC?

Edit: Real PLC mean make test after correct download cfg to OP.
