According to the parameter help in drive monitor you select setpoint source and command source in the same parameter so I presume it is not possible to do what you wish.

Function parameter for selecting a setpoint and command source which is to be parameterized when a quick parameterization (P370) is carried out.

0 = PMU

1 = Analog input and terminal strip

2 = Fixed setpoints and terminal strip

3 = Motor operated potentiometer and terminal strip

4 = USS

5 = SIMOLINK (cannot currently be implemented)

6 = PROFIBUS (CBP required)

7 = OP1S and fixed setpoints

8 = OP1S and motor operated potentiometer

Notes:

During converter initialization, a parameter error may be displayed if the parameter does not correspond with the factory setting P366:

P366 P368

=0 =0...8

=1 =7

=2 =7

=3 =0

=4 =8

>4 =0...8

If the values do not correspond, P368 has to be adapted (in P60=3)

Now i want to know the steps that i have to follow to configurate the new CBP2 and set slave's parameters.

I looked for but i am not sure. you have to tell me:

For CBP2:

P60=4

P368=6

P918.1=Profibus adress

P370=1

P60=0

is it true?

and how can i change parameters P751, P734

You have to know that now as i can't send command word and setpoint separate, i will:

- send commande word and setpoint from PLC for both master and slave.

- Receive from slave and master status word and speed.

- keep simolink to send status word from slave to master and vice versa

Than i have to make regulation (PID) because my problem is that slave current is 60A and master 30A i am looking for a equal current.

I must admit I do not have too much experience with this, but from what I understand the steps you described are correct.

I recomend to download DriveMonitor nad use it to configure the two masterdrives. it's free and you can find it here on this site. Just search for Drive monitor.

you should  P53=7

P060=5

P918.1=profibus address

P060=7

then you the communication between drive and plc are ok,and you can enter the rest of parameter like:

p100=control mode

p443= main setpoint source

p554.........p564=control word1

about the  P734 =    Received Data From Drives to PLC

p734.1= k0032 receive status word1

p734.2= k0034  receive status word2

p734.3= kk0148 receive speed/actual value.

We added a new CBP to the slave and we have done the new configuration (as we talked before), for communication we worked with FC and DB using send and receive function. When we sent the command word (the same for master and slave) and setpoint the master started but the slave didn't do. After changing the adress of sent and receive and download the config of master into the slave both slave and master started but when i wanted to restart them it does not work!!!!!!!!

After i I handed the old configuration for not stopping the workshop,  i could not start neither the master nor slave, i delete the FC of communication and then i could start master/slave with old config.

I need also to desable completely the simolink (i don't need to send the status word) i want to work with CBP.

How can i desable the simolink card.

please bear in your mind that: receive more than 4 words you must use sfc14,sfc15 not move-transfer.

if you can send us your program to see where is the problem.(we need more details)

of course P443 is the main  setpoint  for exemple if you assign in the plc  the second word as setpoint,then you need to enter it in  P443=K3002.
