Ultramat23 SO2 analyzer problem

Aljaberi Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear Expert,In our Ultramat23 analyzer we got reading of *****, and we checked the faults and we somessage [measured value beyond tolerance during autocal]. Therefore we suspected that the SO2 receiving chamber is faulty. We have replaced the chamber with new one, but while replacing the chamber we noticed that there is some difference in the circuit board. Where the old one has three pins for jumpers and the new one has only two pins for jumpers, and wegot confused how to assign the jumpers. and what ever combination of jumpers we tried we always get fault message of 1) Fault of address for IR channels 2) General fault of all IR channels Please help us in two things First conforming that the SO2 sensor is faulty, when it reads ****, second what are the jumper assigning for the SO2 Regards Aljaberi
