i wanted to install hotfix 5, but I need sp1 and I can't download it, because "The service is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Which version can i download? Do i need previous version?

which base version is used exactly? V5.4, V5.5, V5.6?

In general there are different hotfixes for the different servicepacks for each version.

The preconditions must be met.

There are also newer servicepacks available. So if you can provide the specific base version, we can post the links accordingly.

If you really only want to install "Hotfix 5" for V5.6 (without servicepack), you can use following link.

But in general it is recommended to use the latest version.

For V5.6 it is with servicepack 2 and hotfix 9.

Therefore you can use following links.
