HNLinh Posts: 10 Rating: (1)	Dear Sir, My customer have 1 motor4KW,1 phase 220 input output 3 phase 220.The inverter MM420 only have 1 phase 220V 2.2KW. My customer want to use 2 inverter 2.2KW connect 2 output to run motor 4Kw. Can we do as my customer or can you help me solve this problem. thanks

We can use one inverter for two motors, but I cannot understand why it would be required to use two inverters to run one motor. Further, it would not be very difficult to synchronise both inverters. Salman.Arshad Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Ok. The only problem is that you have a single phase motor. TheMM420can be used with single-phase motors but it is not recommended because the current monitoring function and associated functions (e.g. current display, slip compensation etc.) will not function correctly and should not be used. For using MM420 with single phase motors, you can search the MM420 Manual. But one thing is clear that you do not need to use two inverters for one single phase motors. I would recommend you to use a single phase inverter for your single phase motor. Regards Salman

Salman.Arshad Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	As per your MLFB No. I got the following information: MICROMASTER 420 UNFILTERED 1/3AC 200-240V +10/-10% 47-63HZ CONSTANT TORQUE POWER 2.2 KW OVERLOAD 150% FOR 60S VARIABLE TORQUE POWER 2.2 KW 202 X 149 X 172 (H X W X D) PROTECTION IP20 AMBIENT TEMP -10 TO +50 DEG C W/O AOP/BOP Now, you have: Source Supply : 1 Phase 230 VAC Motor : 3 Phase 220 VAC Inverter : 1/3AC 200-240V 2.2kW This inverter supports 1 Phase 230 VAC Supply as an input supply. You need to connect your Phase to L1 terminal and Neutral to L2 terminal. Regards
