Ssc_Mikro Posts: 196 Rating: (12)	I have some alarm message by using the “Alarm S” function and texlib with four langue, so I can switch between them with the step 7 manger. All the alarms are showed correctly in the CPU Messeges window But every time I tried to integrate my alarms in a WinCC flex application, I get this error " Warning: The Step7 text lexicon DBINDEXada68356-6732-4d4a-87ca-c13f04d9a2b8 for the alarm-s message 1610612737 in value 4 was not found." I can’t find anything about this error in my help file. I have an idea it must be something about I need to import my text library int ot win CC flex but I can’t figure out to do that. If any body havesome experience with using the text library from S7 with the WinCC flex I would also like to know about it is possible to switch my library language from the winCC flex application som my Alarm S are show in the correct languge I have atach a screen dump from the winCC flex Compiler // Best Regards Søren Christiansen Attachment WinCCflexible Error.JPG (262 Downloads)

Ssc_Mikro Posts: 196 Rating: (12)	SorryI have all ready done that, and it works fine with the text entered directly in the FB, but every time, we reference to the text library is stops with this error “Warning: The Step7 text lexicon TEXT5271a1ef-578c-4d4f-b61d-ddbb3fb1d141 for the alarm-s message 1610612737 in value 1 was not found.” Is seems that the winCC flex want a text file with from my text libraries, but I don’t how to supply those information from my Step7 à Winn flex Best Reards Søren

It is the first time that you work with Alarm S? Did you have this problem only with this project or did you have this problem with "older" projects too? Did you have made a update -> flexible 2005 to 2007? In which order did you have install Step7 and WInCC flexible --> 1. STEP 7 --> 2. WinCC flexible --> OK Are the Version from STEP 7 and WInCC flexible compatible? -> http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22635649 But think you should contact the siemens hotline. regards,

Ssc_Mikro Posts: 196 Rating: (12)	I have installed Step7 V5.4 +SP3 and win CC flex 2007 HF4 in the written order. I have worked with S alarms before, but I have never tried to use the text library until now. But the function for the text library is to have alarm linked to the step functions blocks. I will contact hot line tomorrow, but if anybody have some suggestion to my problem plesse contact me. Bedst Reagards Sären C

Ssc_Mikro Posts: 196 Rating: (12)	Hello I have talk with Siemens service line, and they want 500 Simens $ for finding out why i get this error massage. But I have found out by my self what causing the error. And the answerer is simpel. Every time a change is made in the text libary you have to delete the DB manuel and genrate it again / or made a change in stat. Part.// best regars // Søren C
