Prior links are provided that give the answer. I suggest going with recommended minimums (or more) rather than the absolute minimum required to install V16. Also, be sure and install the latest V16 Update after installing V16. It fixes many issues that may cause you to return to this support site complaining about certain features that have already been fixed.
