I have received a new machine with TP 1500 (6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX1) HMI-

When I tried to open the program the HMI program its asking for Wincc Advanced license V15.1

But I have only Wincc Comfort V14  

Which license should I get to open and program the HMI. Is the upgrade license for Wincc Comfort  (6AV2101-3AA05-0AE5) sufficient for this?..

 That is a Comfort panel, so a comfort license should cover it.  The license version if depending from the software version of TIA that you are using. For that panel you need to have v14 SP1 as minimum to use it.
