 From your pictures I see the NCU is normal , but it seems that your system lost data ,

please going to Services area -->find in Archive \ abcs.arc the back up data 

you need to reload good back up data and to see what's going on?

If you not familiar for load data, just go to "Services"--data manager--> Archive--> then send screenshot to here, I give you help

 message "job has terminated with error " means the back up data is no good.

I asked you show the picture of "Services-->Data Manager--> Archive--> want to see are there any NC,PLC archive, you may try to load from there

Hi, i actually did ask the machine company (durma laser) for nc /plc backups

and they send me the files,

idid the nc backup from the disk flash and entered the password, and while it was loading

The communication failure error was appearing multiple time and it fineshed the loading with that messages ( job has terminated with error) as i mentioned before 

Note : I didn't try to load the plc backup)
