Archiving Capacity of Trends in WinCC Flexible 2008

In my project, 160 tags are logged in 100 datalogs with archive cycle of 1 second. All these tags are displayed in runtime using trend windows. Is there any method to increase the archive capacity in WinCC Flexible 2008?

HMZ Posts: 45 Rating: (4)	Hi R J, Are you going to use flexible for HMIs or to be used on a PC? if it is used to configure an HMI then the logs capacity depends on the HMI model.

Is it possible to store data logs on another location once it gets overflow, if yes then how to do it? 1. 100 data logs total. 2. 500000 entries per data log. 3. There is no possibility to automatically change data storage location on full destination, but you can configure system to generate event when your archive is full. Then you can run script based on this event and you can change storage location in that script.
