Connecting cu310

ravi_dark Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I have a sample project in the starter for cu 310 PN 6sl3040. I'm having hard time connecting it. Is there any partilicuar procedure to inatilization using ethernet apart from the instructions in commision manual ? Also how can we get the IP adress for the CU on ethernet?

The normal way is: connect the CU310 with a ethernetCable directly to the PC set the PG/PC Interface to the NetworkCard of you pc which is connected with the CU start "accessible Nodes" in Starter -> default the IIP for the PN Interface is 0.0.0.0 -> Set the IP to thew value you will use (e.g 192.168.0.1). ravi_dark Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, Currently I'm having steady GREEN RDY. And the ethernet is connected to x100 of the cu310. But when pressing 'accessing nodes' button it dispalys "No further active partner can be found".
