Dual Ethernet connection from PC station

memet Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	I need to connect to a 400H system with WinCC Flexible Runtime 2008 (PC Station) using ethernet. Each CPUhas CP443 on their rack, and the PC also has two ethernet cards. The Customer wants me to implement redundancy on PC side of connection as well as CPU side. Is this possible with WinCC Flexible? The examples I found explain the redundancy on the CPU side only. The HWConfig does not allowputting two "IE General' components in the HMI station.

Is it possible to implement a soft-redundancy with the "IE Softnet RNA" package (6GK1711-1EW08-1AA0), and using the `Change Connection` functioninside WinCCFlex? As far as I understood this software creates a virtual network adapter, which is linked to 2 network cards.
