I would like te restore parameters from the sd card to the VFD G120C but i have the following issue :

CLONFAIL ERR 1001

What is the meaning of this alarm ? Can't find explanations in the SIEMENS documentation ! Does this alarm mean that the sdcard is empty or not working ?

Is the SD card holds back up data of same VFD or of different VFD? Was the back up data loaded on memory card saved earlier?

Have you checked the SD card firmware & VFD firmware version specififcation? Are those same?

What is the size of SD card? Inverter only supports card of 2GB capacity.

How you are reloading data from memory card to inverter? i.e. automatically or via STARTER or via BOP?

>> Data are reloaded via BOP from the SDCARD to VFD. (On BOP -> Menu EXTRAS, FROM CRD)

Please confirm above point & then refer the attached sheet which will guide you to restore data back up from memory card via BOP.
