I have those licenses: Step7 profesional (V17) wincc comfort (V17) step 7 safety adv. (V17) I have try to update TIA portal but i have not find the panel anyway... TIA upd 6 step 7 prof UPD 6. winCC adv. UPD 6 Can you please send me link what to download or what to do? I was trying solve the issue by myself for 2 hours but i faled so i need to ask there.... Thank you for your time.

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 9/2/2025 Posts: 22709 Rating: (3071)	Hi, this is a OEM PANEL. that mean is not directly from siemens, so you should contact the OEM (from which you get the panel) to get the needed HSP for integrate it in TIA Portal. or you use the normal KTP device, like described here https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109780221

But this hardware is not showing in tia portal V 14, I need (HWS) hardware catalog update file for this HMI kindly help me. I need HWS file for HMI - 6AV2143-6DB00-0AA0 in Tia portal v14
