I remembered one old thread concerning almost the same issue.

I just noticed this has been added to the support entry for PNIO_DIAG (FB125 and FB126 etc.):

The firmware versions V3.2 of S7-300, the V6.0 of S7-400 and the V3.2 of ET200S (IM151) are actually not supportet! The function blocks are not (correct) working on this CPUs.

It is quite important I think.
The question is then, how to get diagnostics in the user program and HMI, when these blocks no longer works ?

But let's thinkif your hardware is:

It's what i need (to read LED status), but it's work only for local cpu (i think). for dp slave not work ( package PNIODiag i dont want use. maybe with help of sfc51 i can to know, that my ET200s have group diagnostic error? but what kind of ssl_id can give me this info?
