This isonlypossible with WinCC flexible PC Runtime. It is an operating system issue

This isonlypossible with WinCC flexible PC Runtime. It is an operating system issue This info is not very accurite. According to this thread:Arabic language support in TP277, I can tell that we could use Arabic Language (right - to - left) with Windows CE panel. It's not a straight forward way, but finally it is possible.
