The Open Controller has inside a Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016.

Since thereal-time conceptis based on virtualization, the PC should support it. But since the Windows operating system runs virtualized by the Siemens hypervisor, the hypervisor limits your possibilities. And as far as I know, you can't use nested virtualization.
