mr.reza Posts: 94 Rating: (0)	Hello The thermal protections in our motors are KTY84 The wire of KTY84 is connected to sensor module SMC30 (X531 terminal 3, 4) Our power module and control unit is sinamics s120 My question is how to configure parameter p600 ,p601 What's the meaning of temperature sensor via encoder? thanks

Meaning of temp sensor via encoder is "KTY 84" temperatuer sensors wires are routed thru/along withencoder cables. HTH.

In P601 it is to be mentioned. 0 = No temp sendor, 1= PTC sensor & 2= KTY84. In your case putt P601 = 2 & check. For more information please read this. HTH.

What exactly is the problem with the settings p600=1 and p601=2? Is the encoder configured aes Encoder_1 on the dirve? Regards Christoph

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Member Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (882)	Hello, When you set P600=1, P601=2 with KTY temp sensor & if your motor is with KTY84 type temp sensor, then at r035 you could get the correct motor temp. Is the motor really has KTY84 temp sensor? Can you provide the complete MLFB number of motor & photograph of motor nameplate? HTH.
