You can look at manual COM PROFIBUS (from page 32). There have example how to enter parameter in ET200M slave, regards digital and analog cards. . Be caraful, with changing type of analog cards (inputs and outputs) and specially their range, you'll need to change devices which you read/control.

thank you for your soon answer, i try to following the step of the manual, but i don`t have good results, this manual is for version v5.0 or higher. in the version V3.3 is no posible to go the "parameter" when do youcan choosethe parameterfor any card, in my case i need to choose the measure range to voltage (+-10 V) of aAI card, i think is better to looking for the version com profibus 5.0 or higher for migrate all my configuration,what do you think about this coment? thank in advance andlisen new ideas.

So, let's continue with COM Profibus 3.3.. Look at ET 200 Distributed I/O System (from page 329). There you'll see example how to set ET200M to the master parofibus. Yes, you are right, the way is a little different from v5.0 Hope this time you will have success. Let me know the result.
