I have 9 PLCs s7-1200, all in switched ethernet network, to connect with wincc flexible 2008 RT

As i remember, that i read somewhere, maximum number of connections i 8, so if i use "direct" connection i can not do this.

Is it possible to do it by using OPC server?

So opc server is conncected to 9 PLCs and WinCC flexi is connected only to OPC server (having just one connection)?

Please advice what OPC server to use?

PC when RT is running have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Would it be possible for you to configure one of the S7-1200s
to be a go-between for one or more S7-1200s?

For example have CPU2 and CPU3 send data to CPU1 as to send it on.

That will not be possible, because plc programming are done by another company, and i have only "rights" to access datatables... i.e. DB34.DBX4.5 ,... etc...

If I understand correctly, you have 9 S7-1200 PLCs and one Wincc Flex RT running on a PC.

1. The way I see it: each PLC should have only one connection to the HMI.  See the SIMATIC S7 S7-1200 Programmable controller under chapter "10.1 Number of asynchronous communication connections supported"
2. Also if you are worried about if the HMI can cope with 9 PLCs. well check it with the HW your HMI RT running on. Anyways if you have issues with this, have a look at: How can you have any number of automation systems addressed one after the other by the "Change Connection" function with WinCC flexible PC Runtime or a Panel?
