MTP1000 Unified Basic Panel Firmware Update

It said that the selected image cannot be installed. Anyone have ideas on this? (PS: I'm using TIA Portal V19) The panel image was downloaded from Image Downloads for SIMATIC HMI Operator Panels: Unified Basic Panels - ID: 109825897 - Industry Support Siemens.

The file must be .FWF

If I select in Prosave a Unified Comfort Panel Image instead the Unified Basic Panel Image I get the same error. If I select the correct Image File: "UBP_4_12_V19_0.fwf" Then I get the Status 0 and the image File is able to install Bye Murof
