modjla Member Joined: 8/9/2021 Last visit: 2/4/2025 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hello i have problem with my PLC theres net problem and this message Maintenance demanded:Net error on Input/Output channel 2 Drive unit_2 / Drive control.Drive control_ModuleAccessPoint supply voltage is checked and also the wiring and its all good PLC - CPU 1511-1 PN 6ES7 511-1AK02-0AB0 firmware version v 2.9 Servo drive s210 is connected with PlC via profinet interface X1 port how can i solve this problem? It also indicates a hardware failure in a lower-level component for your CPU. Kind regards Stefan

However, I took a look at the provided diagnostic buffer. There are some messages about IRT and an undetectable partner on X1, Port1 interface. Have you checked that the drive is connected as specified in the topology? I would assume that your connection is such that the drive is directly connected to the PLC (without a switch in between). modjla Member Joined: 8/9/2021 Last visit: 2/4/2025 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	I resolved the problem with maintenance demanded,we need to put jumper betwtwen DCP and R2 on X4 port on servo drive unit s210 for the brake resistor. And that problem was fixed. But i have problem with IRT it tells me. Error: Error on partner - IRT not possible at this port PLC_1 / PLC_1. PROFINET interface_1. Port_1 I checked connection between PLC and Drive and it's like in topology direct connected for port P1 in PlC to port P1 to servo drive. Attachment Screenshot_2024_02_14-4.png (276 Downloads)

The IRT error was reported and 2.25s later it was okay again. A few minutes later the communication was lost. Did you try to change the cables? Did you check the connection? Kind regards Stefan
