No values in runtime

Also in the output-window is everything oké. But when the runtime screen appears no values seem to be working. The real values give "###" I don't seem to have a connection. When i try this on an other laptop with the same configuration, exactly the same software and licenses. Everything works fine. What could be the problem? Kind Regards, Sparkle
