OS update for KTP1000

korazy Posts: 10 Rating: (1)	I am new to WinCC flexible advanced, and I have version 2008 sp2. I am trying to build a program for a KTP1000 Basic PN display. In the software, when a select the device type (Basic Panels, 10", KTP1000 Basic PN), it only allows for version of device 1.4.0.0. The OS version on the device does not match. When I do the Transfer, OS update, it has the device image version V11.00.00.00_01.38. I have successfully completed the OS update using that image to my device but I still cannot transfer my program. when trying to transfer my program to the device, it fails with the following message: Download is not possible. The 'version of the device' in your wincc flexible project and version of the operating system of the device are not compatible. please perform an operating system update for the HMI device. Where can i download the matching OS update for the device from?

From which directory did you get OS update? Just in case How do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
