please help,MP 277 10'' touch

kakil Posts: 48 Rating: (0)	Dear all, we have HMI device MP 277 touch ,I made backup from the device to usb flash disk and now I have the project file on the usb flash disk as HMIRTM.EXE my questions: 1-How can I make editing this file to make some changes by using winccflex 2008? 2-When we open the Adminstration veiw we can see all users and their groups, but now we cannot see any users so we cannot operate the the system ,please how we can solve this problem?

kakil Posts: 48 Rating: (0)	thanks , 1- there is one pop up window when I pressed it it show me the users name and their groupbut now when I pressed this push botton in the screen the pup up window is clear nothing appear in it 2-when I presse the motor or valve to operate it password pup up window appear to to me as previos ,but now when I inter in the password pup up window the user name and the password nothing happen also I intered the Admin password nothing happen, what can I do ?

In "WinCC flexible Getting Started Power User" are instructions for configuring a user administration - Entry ID 18656980. Furthermore, there is also a great deal of information on this topic in the Online Help of WinCC flexible. I could suggest you also another one option like How can you create a protected user screen without using user administration? best regards, Hristo Mihalev
