Problem "Openned project cannot be archive"

irb6 Bronze Member Joined: 3/15/2008 Last visit: 11/21/2024 Posts: 106 Rating: (1)	Hi all, During trying archive project PCS7 pop ups message box that contains this information: "Archive Project (3020:25) Openned project cannot be archive. Make sure that no other STEP 7 application objects from project 'name_of_my_project" in 'path_to_my project" directory are open." I restarted Windows system twice and PCS7 is running as single program on my machine. Anyone can write what's wrong? Regards

Robson7 Posts: 2 Rating: (1)	First of all, check that all Simatic aplications are closed. If yes and you still can't archive project you should try to kill the process "sqlservr.exe" in Windows Task Manager and then start archive function. After that restart Windows.

I think it's strange that this problem occured right now. I did not make any modifications in configuration on my machine and it's still mysterious for me. I suposse sometimes Windows is the big secret for lots of people. Thanks once again. Regards

The question is following erroe infomation: 1.Archive Project (256:67):OS(1)RT.ldf' because it is already being used by another application.
