Programming HMI from PG

M.Turnbull Regular Member Joined: 12/2/2010 Last visit: 7/16/2025 Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Hello Experts I feel a little stupid asking this as it's very basic but for some reason i can't fathom it I am trying to program a TP177B DP 6'' MONO using WINCC FLEXIBLE 2008 on my PG I have read on the FAQ's that i need to use the PPI cable (6ES7 901-3CB30-0XA0) which I have. So on my Desk i have a powered up PG, a powered UP HMI and a cable The cable has a female end to plug into the PG with and the PG has a female end on which is no good. Am i being stupid and missing something ordo i simply buy a female to male converter? Thank you in advance Michael

On a Field PG it is a 25 pin connector called (COM1/TTY) In delivery of PG, you received a connector 25 pin - 9 pin. (You need this) Where can you obtain a 25-pin to 9-pin adapter (gender changer) for the Field PG, Field PG M and Field PG M2? Best regards, Wizard
