I am facing a problem and the customer believe I can solve it !! I got a fault message on HMI which is [simatic wincc flexible runtime: the"/flash/simatic/PDATA.FWX" configuration file could not be loaded. the application will be terminated] I tried to install another HMI which was already working but it gave me configuration fault !! Also how can I download WinCC flexible runtime and install it ?!!!
