Engr. Abdul Haseeb Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I am using web service and everything was fine but since last 2 days my client is unable to connect to server through web. error occurs on server PC that license key not available for Sm@rtAccess for WinCC runtime.. what is the reason ?? help me out Thanks

You click with the right mouse on your Automation License Manager and click on the entry "check". see the screenshot_1 Which status hasyour licence? Is the Sm@rtServer running on the Server PC? (Only an expired Trial license) I guess it worked for some time (14 days) You will have to purchase a new license (Or perhaps you have not transfered the license to PC) Best regards, Wizard
